Minister of Municipalities and Agriculture Affairs, eng. Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, met with Electricity and Water Affairs, Yasser bin Ibrahim Humaidan, to hand over the missions of the Ministry of Electricity and Water Affairs.
The Minister of Municipalities and Agriculture Affairs expressed heartfelt congratulations to Yasser bin Ibrahim Humaidan on the royal trust, thanking all the staff at the Ministry of Electricity and Water Affairs and the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) for their efforts during the previous period to optimize services. He wished the new Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs every success in serving the nation and citizens.
For his part, the Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs commended the efforts of eng. Al Mubarak while leading the ministry, pointing out the implementation of numerous initiatives to develop the electricity and water sector and renewable energy.
The Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs pledged to continue the efforts to build on previous achievements with the one-team spirit so as to achieve the strategic goals of the electricity, water and renewable energy sector.
