According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting addressed the importance of cooperation on the migration file and the need to adopt a comprehensive approach linking migration to development.
They also discussed enhancing cooperation in regular migration and addressing the root causes of illegal migration.
Both sides also exchanged views on regional and international developments. They emphasised the need to exert efforts to achieve stability in the region and safeguard the safety of its citizens.
