Egyptian Ambassador Highlights Cooperative Partnership Between Egypt and Bahrain

Manama: Reham Abdelhamid Mahmoud Khalil, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Kingdom of Bahrain, described the relationship between the two nations as a model of cooperative partnership.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Ambassador noted that the recent visit by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, to Egypt, served to reinforce bilateral ties. The focus was on expanding economic and trade cooperation in vital sectors such as energy, industry, tourism, logistics, and finance.

The visit led to the signing of several agreements and memoranda of understanding aimed at advancing joint economic and developmental cooperation. The Ambassador highlighted the crucial role of the private sector in supporting shared economic growth.

She emphasized the importance of unity and collective efforts in addressing current regional challenges. The Ambassador also underlined Egypt's ongoing coordination with Bahrain and other Arab states in international and regional forums, particularly concerning the Palestinian issue and regional stability.

The Ambassador concluded by affirming that the relations between Egypt and Bahrain represent a strong example of Arab solidarity and collaboration, with a promising outlook for further cooperation and shared achievements.
