Education Minister Meets with J-MENA Network Director to Discuss Study Opportunities in Japan


Manama: Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education and Chair of the Higher Education Council Board of Trustees, met with Professor Yutaro Oki, Director of the J-MENA Network, which promotes study opportunities in Japan across the Middle East and North Africa. The meeting also included the participation of Okai Asako, the Ambassador of Japan to Bahrain.



According to Bahrain News Agency, the discussions focused on enhancing collaboration to create more opportunities for Bahraini students to pursue higher education in Japan. The fields of interest include engineering, science, technology, communications, and research. Additionally, the meeting considered initiatives aimed at introducing school students to Japanese universities to inspire and encourage them to consider studying there in the future.
