Manama: Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education and Chairman of the Higher Education Council Board of Trustees, inaugurated the 13th annual Career Day at Ahlia University. The event was held at the General Organisation for Social Insurance Complex (GOSI) and featured participation from over 55 public and private organizations.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Career Day aims to bridge the gap between academic programs and labor market requirements. It provides students with the opportunity to explore various job and training prospects that align with their fields of study.
During the event, Dr. Juma also took the opportunity to tour the university's facilities. He reviewed plans for a new campus project, which is scheduled to commence in the near future.
