Manama: Brigadier Ahmed Jassim Al Hataimi, Director-General of Ports Security, conducted an inspection visit to the King Fahad Causeway and Bahrain International Airport to review the security and organisational arrangements in place to facilitate the departure procedures of Bahraini pilgrims heading to the holy sites. The visit is part of efforts to ensure smooth movement and provide the best services for pilgrims.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Director-General reviewed workflow procedures and the security and organisational plans implemented at the ports. He commended the efforts of the directorate's personnel and relevant authorities in ensuring the swift completion of procedures and achieving the highest levels of security, safety, and comfort for pilgrims.
He affirmed the importance of continuing coordination and cooperation among all entities operating at the ports to provide a safe and organised environment for pilgrims and ensure the efficient implementation of the approved plans.
