Manama: The Jewellery Arabia Exhibition 2025 continues to emphasise its status as one of the region's leading specialised events, attracting top designers and jewellery houses from the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Gulf, and around the world, with a strong turnout of visitors eager to see the latest creations and unique pieces on display this year.
According to Bahrain News Agency, several participants expressed their satisfaction with the high standard of organisation, which provides a complete platform to showcase their work and enhance their presence in regional markets. They noted that the growing visitor interest reflects increasing confidence in Bahraini products and highlights the ability of local designers to create exceptional pieces that attract wide attention.
Abdullah Al Modhayan from Sulaiman Al Modhayan Jewellery in Saudi Arabia said their second participation this year came amid strong visitor interest. He added that the professional organisation provides exhibitors with an ideal space to present their new collections and encourages them to deliver their best work in each edition.
On his part, Ahmed Matar, owner of Sirat Al Lulu Jewellery, said their fifth participation reflects their commitment to highlighting the natural beauty and heritage of Bahraini pearls. He noted that the exhibition is an important opportunity to show visitors the historical and cultural value of Bahraini pearls, particularly when incorporated into modern designs using gold and gemstones. He added that this year's display includes a special piece created exclusively for this edition to showcase the uniqueness of Bahraini craftsmanship.
Jewellery designer Amal Al Majed said the exhibition is an important platform for regional and international designers to present their work. She added that her participation this year includes designs that blend Bahraini identity with contemporary touches. She noted that the strong visitor turnout reflects growing interest in local design and support for Bahraini designers to promote their work regionally.
On her part, Nawras Al Shaikh, a Bahraini-French jewellery designer at Qannati Objet d'Art, expressed pride in participating for the fourth time. She said the exhibition provides a valuable opportunity to display pieces entirely designed and produced in Bahrain, telling stories through design. She added that their 2025 collection draws inspiration from Bahrain's environment, including the marine landscape, peacock feathers, and natural pearls, while using precise enamelwork, hand engraving, and precious materials, giving the pieces both artistic and heritage value.
