Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has directed the government to cover the repair costs for citizens' homes damaged in East Hidd City following Iranian attacks. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, was tasked with visiting the area to ensure the safety of the affected residents.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, accompanied Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah during the visit. Shaikh Khalid emphasized that the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the directives of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, is committed to maintaining the security and unity of its society amid challenges. He assured that the government is mobilizing all resources to continue national development.
The Deputy Prime Minister criticized the Iranian attacks targeting residential areas and civilian infrastructure, stating that such actions are futile attempts to destabilize Bahrain. He reiterated the government's priority of ensuring the safety of its citizens and announced that the state will cover the repair costs for the damaged homes and properties, offering stability to those affected.
Shaikh Khalid highlighted that the Kingdom's approach, inspired by His Majesty the King's vision, prioritizes the welfare and protection of its citizens. He assured residents that the government will continue to provide full support during these challenging times.
