Cairo: Major General Dr. Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Deputy Chief of Police, participated in the 9th Meeting of Police Chiefs in the Middle East and North Africa, organised by the International Criminal Police Organisation (Interpol) and held in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting focused on regional crime trends and emerging threats in the Middle East and North Africa, as well as the priorities of regional security partners. Discussions aimed to enhance coordination and integration among law enforcement agencies across the region.
The agenda also included mechanisms for strengthening regional cooperation and operational coordination, contributing to joint efforts to combat various forms of crime and address security challenges.
