Salman city: Delmon Gate held a closing ceremony to mark the completion and handover of 131 residential units at the Al Naseem housing project in Salman City, part of the Government Land Development Programme implemented by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the event was attended by Amna bint Ahmed Al Romaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning. Minister Al Romaihi highlighted that the project was completed in 22 months and is part of efforts to provide 50,000 housing units under the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. She commended the private sector partnership, innovative housing solutions, and Delmon Gate's adherence to high standards and deadlines.
On his part, Redha Mohammed Al Adraj, Executive Vice President of Delmun Gate, said the project reflects a successful strategic partnership with the ministry and was delivered on schedule with high quality, thanks to coordination between government bodies, contractors, consultants, and banks.
Al Naseem spans 23,000 square metres with 131 units, plot sizes of 171-190 square metres, and 265 square metres built-up area per unit, offering a strategic seafront location and integrated services for Bahraini families.
