Nicosia: The Republic of Cyprus has announced the postponement or conversion to video conference of all European Union meetings that were scheduled to take place on its territory during March. This decision comes in response to recent developments in the Middle East.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Cypriot capital, Nicosia, was set to host a meeting of EU defense ministers next week. Additionally, a visit by EU economy ministers was planned for later this month. However, due to the unfolding regional situation, these meetings will either be postponed or conducted virtually to ensure safety and continuity of discussions.
