Manama: Customs Affairs, in cooperation with the Information and eGovernment Authority, announced the launch of the Electronic Certificate of Origin System as the official platform for issuing certificates of origin for preferential transactions. This initiative forms part of the digital transformation of customs services, aiming to streamline procedures and accelerate service delivery.
According to Bahrain News Agency, all exporters and clearance companies are requested to use the approved electronic system when applying for certificates through the Kingdom's eGovernment Portal: www.bahrain.bh
