CSB President Meets With Kuwaiti Civil Services Commission Chief

Manama: Shaikh Duaij bin Salman bin Duaij Al Khalifa, President of the Civil Service Bureau (CSB), engaged in discussions with Dr. Essam Al Rubaiaan, the Chief of the Civil Services Commission from Kuwait, during his visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting explored several topics of mutual interest, focusing on the development of national competencies, enhancing efficiency within government bodies, and exchanging insights on best international practices in digital transformation within the public sector.

The discussion also emphasized the Bureau's advancements in automating administrative decisions, which contribute to more rapid decision-making processes and bolster accuracy and transparency. Additionally, Bahrain's progressive experience in shared human resources services was showcased, highlighting an initiative aimed at streamlining efforts, enhancing spending efficiency, and improving service quality for government employees.

Dr. Al Rubaiaan conveyed his admiration for the Bureau's efforts in enhancing Bahrain's government sector, specifically praising the successful initiatives that have elevated institutional performance and service quality. He emphasized that collaboration between the CSB and the Civil Services Commission will further strengthen institutional capacities.

Shaikh Duaij bin Salman reiterated the significance of exchanging experiences with Kuwaiti counterparts, stating that such collaboration opens up promising opportunities for excellence in government operations.
