Manama: The Civil Service Bureau (CSB) held a remote coordination meeting with the Public Service Department of Malaysia (PSD) to discuss mechanisms for activating bilateral cooperation. The meeting also aimed to define the practical framework for implementing joint projects under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Government of Malaysia on cooperation in human resource management in the civil service.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the two sides reviewed key initiatives outlined in the joint executive programme and discussed future cooperation pathways to strengthen institutional efficiency and develop the government's human resources system.
The CSB delivered a presentation on cooperation areas, including knowledge exchange on leadership development in the government sector, as well as the introduction of supportive paths aimed at improving institutional performance. The presentation also highlighted major initiatives in digital transformation and the enhancement of electronic participation in government entities, contributing to improved service quality and increased efficiency in government operations.
