Crown Prince of Bahrain Meets Outgoing Kuwaiti Ambassador to Discuss Bilateral Relations

Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with His Excellency Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah, the outgoing Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to the Kingdom of Bahrain, at Gudaibiya Palace.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting underscored the strong and enduring relationship between Bahrain and Kuwait. His Royal Highness highlighted that these ties have continued to strengthen under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of Kuwait. This partnership is seen as a foundation for future opportunities and shared prosperity.

HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad commended Ambassador Al Sabah for his efforts in bolstering bilateral ties and wished him success in his future endeavors. The Kuwaiti Ambassador conveyed greetings from HH Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of Kuwait, as well as from His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince of Kuwait, to HM the King of Bahrain.

In response, His Royal Highness conveyed greetings from His Majesty the King and himself to the Kuwaiti leadership. The meeting also provided a platform for discussion on regional and international developments, along with issues of mutual interest.

HE Al-Sabah expressed his gratitude for the Crown Prince's dedication to enhancing Bahrain-Kuwait relations and extended his best wishes for Bahrain's continued growth and prosperity.

The meeting was attended by HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court, and HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy.
