Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, engaged in a telephone call with His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait. During the conversation, Prince Salman strongly condemned the Iranian attacks that recently targeted Kuwait, resulting in injuries to ten members of the Kuwaiti armed forces. The assaults also impacted Kuwait International Airport and various civilian, economic, and vital facilities.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Prince Salman reiterated Bahrain's unwavering solidarity with Kuwait, emphasizing support for the measures Kuwait is taking to protect its sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity. He expressed wishes for the swift recovery of the injured and the continued security and prosperity of Kuwait and its citizens.
The call also highlighted the robust relations between Bahrain and Kuwait. Discussions included regional and international developments and other issues of mutual interest, reinforcing the collaborative spirit between the two nations.
