Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received a congratulatory cable from Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, the Consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), on Bahraini Women's Day. This occasion also marks the Silver Jubilee of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's accession to the throne. According to Bahrain News Agency, Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka commended the progress of Bahraini women and their achievements on both regional and international levels. She attributed this success to the unwavering support of His Majesty the King, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, who have ensured that Bahraini women continue to play a vital role in the nation's development. Princess Sabeeka highlighted the collaborative efforts of the government, under the leadership of His Royal Highness, and the SCW to empower women in the Kingdom. Additionally , His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister sent a cable of congratulations to Princess Sabeeka on this occasion, expressing gratitude for her efforts and those of the SCW members. He acknowledged the SCW's dedication to enhancing the status of Bahraini women and their progress towards achieving excellence. His Royal Highness praised the contributions of Bahraini women across various sectors and their support for the Kingdom's comprehensive development, led by His Majesty the King. He emphasized the continuous efforts of the SCW to empower Bahraini women further and wished them continued progress and prosperity.
