Manama: Dr. Isa Nasser Al Nuaimi, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Consular and Administrative Affairs, inaugurated the ASEAN Holiday Bazaar at Al Ramli Mall. This event was organized by the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Bahrain and took place under the invitation of Anne Jalando-on Louis, the Ambassador of the Philippines to Bahrain. The opening was attended by Ali Al Asfoor, the Northern Governor, along with several accredited diplomats. According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Al Nuaimi emphasized the strong ties between Bahrain and ASEAN, praising the association's efforts in promoting cultural exchange and highlighting the rich heritage of its member states. He expressed his appreciation for the participating entities and conveyed his best wishes for the continued success of such initiatives. The bazaar showcased a variety of products and cuisine from ASEAN nations, including Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. Additionally, it fe atured cultural activities, offering attendees a glimpse into the diverse traditions of these countries.
