Manama: Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), received Alastair Long, the British Ambassador to Bahrain. The meeting underscored the robust and evolving relationship between Bahrain and the United Kingdom.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting was attended by Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff of the BDF, and Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Advisor for Financial and Technical Affairs at the BDF General Command. During the meeting, the Commander-in-Chief emphasized the historical ties between the two nations and acknowledged their continuous development across various domains.
