Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, has visited a BDF unit where he was briefed about the progress of its preparedness and training programs.
The visit is within the Commander-in-Chief’s follow up of the achievements and capacity enhancement of all BDF units and meetings with officers and servicemen.
Shaikh Khalifa said that the BDF has become a strong shield of the nation thanks to God’s blessings and the special attention accorded by HM king Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander.
The BDF is blessed with competent staff who have always risen to the level of responsibilities entrusted to them and carried out their missions and duties as per the latest combat and administrative standards thanks to their military experience and capabilities, he added.
The Commander-in-Chief commended the sense of duty and the efforts exerted with determination and commitment by the BDF staff to defend the nation and protect its achievements.
