Riyadh: Chief Prosecutor Mohammad Yousef Al Zubari participated in the 48th meeting of the Committee of Experts from the Public Prosecution and Attorney General offices of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, held in Saudi Arabia.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting reviewed several agenda items, including the draft guide for dealing with elderly individuals during the investigation phase. Other key topics discussed were a proposal to establish a guiding law regulating the uses of artificial intelligence and the draft policy aimed at enhancing cooperation among the public prosecution and attorney general bodies of the GCC states. The meeting also focused on strengthening collaboration with the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP).
