Manama: Lt. General Tariq Al Hassan, Chief of Public Security, received Tatsuzaki Masao, Director-General of the Counter Terrorism Unit of Japan. Dr. Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Deputy Chief of Public Security Major-General, attended the meeting.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting focused on reviewing security cooperation and coordination between Bahrain and Japan. The officials exchanged counterterrorism expertise and discussed topics of common interest.
