(BNA): Capital Governor Shaikh Hesham bin Abdulrahman Al-Khalifa held a meeting with members of the Husseinya Processions Authority.
The meeting affirmed the importance of compliance with the precautionary measures which will be issued by the National Medical Taskforce for Combating COVID-19 on the occasion of Ashoora season.
The Capital Governor urged full adherence to the precautionary measures to protect public health, praising the role of the members of Husseinya Processions Authority in implementing the regulations and cooperating with the Capital Governorate and other competent authorities.
The members also lauded the role of the Capital Governorate for following up on the facilities and measures provided by the Ministry of Interior, reiterating commitment to health protocols during Ashoora.
