Manama: Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate: honoured several community police officers on Community Partnership and Belonging to the Nation Day, observed annually on March 18.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman commended the role of the community police in strengthening cooperation between citizens, residents, and security personnel. He highlighted their support for various programmes and events organised by the Capital Governorate.
The recognition was in appreciation of their national efforts in developing community partnerships and cooperation with citizens, residents, and civil society institutions, contributing to safety and security in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman emphasised that the Capital Governorate will continue implementing projects and initiatives that promote community partnerships across various sectors. He noted the success and broad participation of its community initiatives in recent years, reflecting strong engagement from all segments of society.
