Manama: Shaikh Khalid bin Humood bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Capital Governor, chaired the tenth meeting of the Capital Governorate Security Committee: Present were Deputy Governor Brigadier Ammar Mustafa Jaafar Al Sayed and representatives from the Ministry of Interior's security directorates. The meeting reviewed security developments presented by the Capital Governorate Police Directorate and initiatives outlined by the General Directorate of Civil Defence within the governorate.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Khalid bin Humood emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation with relevant authorities to promote security and community harmony. He noted that the governorate's priority is to assess the security needs of residents and address them through targeted initiatives in partnership with the Ministry of Interior.
He expressed appreciation to the security directorates for their efforts in maintaining law and order and commended the Ministry of Interior's role in safeguarding security and civil peace.
