Manama: Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA), welcomed Dr. Essam Al Rubaiaan, Civil Services Commission Chief from Kuwait, along with his delegation during their official visit to Bahrain. The visit focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation and sharing experiences in training and development between the two nations.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa highlighted the robust relations between Bahrain and Kuwait. She stressed the significance of expanding cooperation through joint programmes and initiatives that facilitate the exchange of knowledge and expertise, aiming to empower and train national staff.
Dr. Al Rubaiaan expressed his pride in the enduring relationship between the two countries, noting it as a model of productive Gulf cooperation. He acknowledged Bahrain's efforts in nurturing national talent in both public and private sectors.
He emphasized the need for continued collaboration to invest in human capital and implement shared programmes that align with the aspirations of both nations.
Concluding the visit, Dr. Shaikha Rana and Dr. Al Rubaiaan toured BIPA's headquarters to review leadership and specialised programmes available for employees in the public and private sectors.
