BENEFIT Unveils Second Cohort of Ruwaad Leadership Programme

Manama: BENEFIT, the leading company in FinTech and electronic financial transactions services in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced the launch of the second cohort of its Ruwaad BENEFIT Leadership Programme, following the remarkable success achieved by the first cohort last year.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the programme enables participants to engage within BENEFIT's working environment for four months, during which they are prepared and equipped to become future leaders by acquiring advanced skills, strategic insights, and practical experiences necessary to excel in their careers and enhance their leadership capabilities, thereby contributing added value to the continuously growing FinTech sector in Bahrain.

Muneera Al Jaber, Manager of Training and Development at BENEFIT, stated that the launch of the second cohort of the Ruwaad BENEFIT Leadership Programme marks the culmination of the remarkable success achieved by the first cohort and the development witnessed in the participants' performance. She emphasized that investing in youth skill development is a fundamental pillar for ensuring sustainable leadership and excellence in the financial sector. This programme is one of the main tools BENEFIT relies on to build a generation of qualified leaders capable of meeting future demands and aspirations.

Al Jaber further added that this step affirms BENEFIT's firm commitment to nurturing leadership talent and equipping them with the skills and expertise needed to lead the future of the financial sector and enhance innovation within the company. This initiative is part of a series of successful efforts launched to build the capabilities of Bahraini youth and enable them to gain practical experience and specialised skills in the field of FinTech. This includes the 'Masar' Programme and the FinTech Drivers Programme, and efforts to develop and empower emerging talent will continue to serve the FinTech sector.
