Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,920.96 points, marking a decrease of 0.53 points below the previous closing. This decline was attributed to the drop in the financial sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index showed a different trend, closing at 808.05 points, which marked an increase of 0.15 points from the previous closing. The day's results highlighted that 68 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,153,500, amounting to BD 346,965.
Investors focused their trading activities mainly in the financial sector, which accounted for 56.81% of the total value of securities traded.
