BDF Concludes Commander-in-Chief Super Tennis Championship Successfully

Manama: The closing ceremony of the 2026 Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Super Tennis Championship was held at the BDF Officers' Club. The event marked the culmination of a series of competitive matches among top players in various categories.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the ceremony was attended by Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Advisor for Financial and Technical Affairs at the General Command of the BDF. Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa honored the winning teams and players. In the Officers' Doubles competition, Ahmed Ibrahim Al Mehaiza and Abdullah Waheed Al Mannai secured first place, followed by Faisal bin Abdullah Al Khalifa and Mohammed Naji in second place, and Ibrahim Sami Al Rashid and Naeem Taher Naeem in third place.

In the Super Doubles competition, Abdullatif Mohammed Ahmed and Salah Mohammed Al Najjar claimed first place. Abdullah Mohammed Ahmed and Wafi Mohammed Mahmood finished in second place, while Faisal Ali Al Ahmadi and Mohammed Tariq Malallah placed third.

Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa also honored the technical committee and contributors to the organization of the championship. The event featured BDF officers and personnel from military and security agencies in Bahrain in the Officers' Doubles category, while the Super Doubles event included leading tennis players from the Kingdom.
