Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Commander-in-chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to Bahrain Football Association (BFA) Chairman Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa who was re-elected unopposed.
In the cable, the BDF Commander-in-Chief extended deepest congratulations to the BFA Chairman, describing his re-election as a catalyst to continue efforts to develop football in Bahrain and accomplish further honourable achievements.
