Bahrain’s Royal and Governmental Activities Dominate Local News.


Manama: Bahraini daily newspapers today focused on local events that happened over the past 24 hours.

According to Bahrain News Agency, HM King received the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, marking a significant diplomatic engagement between Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. This meeting underscored the strengthening of ties between the two nations.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister played a central role in inaugurating two major events: Jewellery Arabia and Scent Arabia 2024, and also launched Cityscape Bahrain 2024. These events are expected to boost Bahrain’s economy by attracting global participants and investors.

In addition, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister held discussions with the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, further solidifying the diplomatic relations between Bahrain and the UAE.

The Oil Minister participated in a dialogue on energy and sustainability in the GCC, organized by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). This dialogue aimed to address key issues related to energy and susta
inability in the region.

Tamkeen initiated a Leadership Skills Programme in collaboration with EMIC Training and Harvard Business Corporate Learning, focusing on enhancing leadership capabilities within Bahrain’s workforce.
