Bahrain’s Defence Capabilities Highlighted Amid Regional Tensions

Manama: Bahraini daily newspapers today focused on local events that happened over the past 24 hours. The headlines featured significant developments involving both domestic and international affairs, with a notable emphasis on the country's military preparedness.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) General Command has reported the destruction of 188 missiles and 429 drones since the onset of Iranian attacks. The National Communication Centre further confirmed that Bahrain Defence Force air defences intercepted and destroyed 2 missiles and 10 drones in the last 24 hours. These developments underscore Bahrain's active role in maintaining regional security and stability.

In addition to military affairs, the local press reported on diplomatic engagements and strategic meetings. His Majesty King Hamad received the Chairman and Managing Director of LuLu Group International, while His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister held discussions with the same dignitary.
