Bahrain’s ambassador attends meeting in Moscow

Bahrain’s Ambassador to Russia . Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Saati, attended the meeting held by the President of the Russian Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, with the ambassadors of the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Moscow.

The meeting was held on the occasion of the organization’s announcement of the inauguration of Kazan as the capital of Islamic youth for the year 2022, in the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov.

During the meeting, President Rustam Minnikhanov welcomed the ambassadors, calling on the youth of Islamic countries to participate in the various cultural and sports events that will be held this year in the Russian Republic of Tatarstan.

Lavrov expressed his country’s pride in the friendly and cooperative relations with the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, noting that the Russian Federation is one of the largest European countries with Muslim citizens.
