Riyadh: The Kingdom of Bahrain's volleyball team ended the group stage of the Sixth Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh with a 3-1 win over Qatar (25-21, 25-20, 24-26, 25-22), finishing third overall to set up a rematch with Qatar for the bronze medal on Thursday.
According to Bahrain News Agency, in table tennis, Rashid Sanad and Kinda Mohammed advanced to the mixed doubles semi-finals after defeating Saudi Arabia 3-0 and will face Bangladesh next.
In equestrian, Mayoof Al Rumaihi and Hussain Mohammed will compete in the show jumping qualifiers after finishing 23rd and 4th respectively in the opening round.
