Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,050.66 points, marking an increase of 6.19 points above the previous closing. This positive movement was attributed to gains in the financial and material sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also saw an increase, closing at 1,002.26 points, which is 4.97 points higher than its previous close. The trading session included 142 equity transactions with a volume of 5,376,030, amounting to BD 1,722,147 in value.
Investors focused primarily on the financial sector, with this segment accounting for 60.97% of the total value of securities traded.
