Amman: Bahrain All Share Index experienced a decline, closing at 1,990.09 points, down by 9.33 points from its previous close. The downturn was attributed to decreases in the communications services, financials, industrials, and materials sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also saw a reduction, closing at 939.60 points, which was 0.70 points lower than its previous closing mark. The trading session recorded 82 equity transactions with a total volume of 969,006 and a value of BD 423,060.
Investors predominantly engaged in the financials sector, which accounted for 41.95% of the total value of securities traded, highlighting the sector's significant role in the day's trading activities.
