Similarly, the Bahrain Islamic Index also experienced a drop, closing at 919.91 points, which is a decrease of 1.91 points from the previous session.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the trading session saw 128 equity transactions take place, with a total volume of 2,414,780 shares exchanged, amounting to a value of BD 662,713. The financials sector was the focus of investor activity, accounting for 71.47% of the total value of securities traded during the session. This significant concentration of trading in the financials sector highlights its pivotal role in the overall market performance for the day.
