Manama: The Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications has announced that Bahrain Post has integrated several of its services into the "My Gov app." This initiative aligns with the ministry's strategy to deliver digital solutions, supporting the development goals driven by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Fatima Abdulla Al Dhaen, Undersecretary for Land Transport and Postal Affairs, highlighted that the new services on the "My Gov" app include renewing private P.O. box subscriptions and tracking postal shipments with an upgraded eKey (2.0). This system allows users to securely access services through biometric authentication, enhancing the security and efficiency of government transactions.
Residents can download the "My Gov" app from the eGovernment Apps Store at bahrain.bh/apps to access these postal services, along with other government services. For further assistance, users can contact the Government Services Contact Center at 80008001. Feedback and suggestions are welcomed through the National Suggestions and Complaints System "Tawasul" or its app.
