Manama: Bahrain's para taekwondo team concluded its training camp in the Republic of Korea as part of preparations for the Asian Championship and qualification rounds for the Asian Games scheduled in Mongolia next week.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the camp focused on enhancing technical and physical readiness through training sessions with the South Korean para taekwondo team, in addition to sparring sessions with Kyung Hee University's team. The training programme aimed to strengthen the team's readiness ahead of the upcoming continental competitions.
