Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,037.01 points, reflecting a decrease of 3.31 points from the previous closing. This decline was primarily attributed to the drop in the Financial Sector and the Material Sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index showed a positive movement, closing at 1,006.00 points, which marks an increase of 2.74 points from its previous closing. The trading session saw a total of 46 equity transactions with a trading volume of 513,941 and a value of BD 163,461.
Investors showed a preference for the Financial Sector, which accounted for 55.43% of the total value of securities traded during the session.
