Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,974.29 points, marking an increase of 2.24 points above the previous closing. This rise is attributed to the performance of the financials and industrials sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also experienced a gain, closing at 968.21 points, an increase of 1.09 points from the previous closing. The trading session saw 314 equity transactions with a volume of 8,485,173, amounting to BD 2,092,410 in value.
Investors focused mainly on the financials sector, which accounted for 88.98% of the total value of securities traded.
