Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has concluded its trading session at 1,923.07 points, reflecting an increase of 1.96 points from its previous close. This upward movement can be attributed to the gains observed in the financial and real estate sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also saw a rise, closing at 806.68 points, which is an increase of 1.13 points over its prior closing. The trading day witnessed 83 equity transactions, with a trading volume of 1,560,647 and a total value of BD 392,179.
Investors showed a preference for the financial sector, which accounted for 61.42% of the total value of securities traded. This sectoral interest played a significant role in the overall performance of the indices.
