Beirut: The Kingdom of Bahrain condemns and denunciates the attack on the convoy of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), near Rafic Hariri International Airport in Beirut, as a flagrant violation of the rules of international law.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Bahrain's solidarity with Lebanon and its support for measures to maintain the country's security and stability. It also backed efforts to conduct a full investigation to hold the perpetrators accountable.
The ministry reaffirmed its appreciation for the UNIFIL force and its role in maintaining peace and supporting stability in Lebanon.
