Bahrain Braces for Thundery Showers and Strong Winds

Manama: The Meteorological Directorate in Bahrain has issued a weather forecast predicting cloudy weather with a potential for scattered rain, which may become thundery. The forecast also warns of very strong winds in the region.

According to Bahrain News Agency, northwesterly winds are expected to range from 10 to 15 knots, reaching 17 to 22 knots and occasionally increasing to 25 to 30 knots. The sea state is expected to range from 2 to 3 feet inshore and 4 to 8 feet offshore.

The temperature is forecasted to have a maximum of 25ºC and a minimum of 19ºC. Humidity levels are anticipated to be between a maximum of 90% and a minimum of 45%. For further updates, residents are advised to visit the official website at www.bahrainweather.gov.bh.
