Bahrain Bourse Cups Debut at REHC.

Manama: The fourth race of the 2024/2025 season at Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC) in Raffa marked the debut of Bahrain Bourse Cups, as part of a new partnership between the club and Bahrain Bourse. In the first race, "Musannan M908" of Almohamediya Stable secured victory over "Al Saqlawy 1874," earning the stable its first win in Arabian horse categories. The second race saw "Quelled and Ready" of Victorious Stable, ridden by apprentice jockey Hasan Asghar, win the 1,000m straight race for locally bred balance horses, achieving the season's first victory for apprentice riders. According to Bahrain News Agency, "Army Ethos" of Victorious Stable claimed the third race, a 1,400m event for Grade 4 and novice imported horses. In the fourth race, "Rider on the Storm" of M and E Racing secured victory in the 1,400m competition for locally bred balance horses. The fifth race featured "Batteyford Boy," owned by Abdullah Al Gaoud, winning the 1,600m event for imported balance horses. The seventh race s aw "West Suffolk," owned by Shaikh Khalid bin Ali bin Isa Al Khalifa, win the 2,200m race for imported balance horses, guided by jockey Abdulrahim Jassim. The eighth and final race of the day ended with "December" of Almohamediya Stable winning the 2,200m Bahrain Bourse Cup for locally bred balance horses. Awards were presented to the winners by Bahrain Bourse executives, including Shaikh Khalifa bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa and Abdulkarim Bucheery, marking the successful launch of the Bahrain Bourse Cups.
