Bahrain and Saudi Arabia Crown Princes Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Ties

Riyadh: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, met with His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, during a visit to Saudi Arabia.

According to Bahrain News Agency, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain emphasized the ongoing progress and development of the relationship between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. He highlighted the support from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, as a cornerstone of this relationship.

His Royal Highness affirmed the historic ties between the two Kingdoms, which are characterized by extensive multisectoral cooperation. He praised HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman's efforts in advancing the partnership towards greater development and prosperity, benefiting both nations and their citizens.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister reiterated the shared commitment to enhancing collaboration across multiple sectors. He noted the numerous agreements facilitated through the Bahraini-Saudi Coordination Council, which have been instrumental in supporting and strengthening the partnership.

During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister conveyed greetings from His Majesty the King to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman, along with His Majesty's wishes for Saudi Arabia's continued growth and prosperity. In response, HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman extended his greetings to His Majesty the King and expressed his wishes for Bahrain's continued progress.

The discussion underscored the importance of advancing the strategic partnership between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia and creating opportunities that serve shared interests and benefit both countries. The meeting also reviewed ways to further enhance bilateral cooperation and explored topics of mutual interest.
