Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Kingdom, Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, met the Chair of the Defence Committee at the British House of Commons, MP Tobias Ellwood, on the sidelines of the 13th edition of the annual Bournemouth Air Festival, which takes place on 2-5 September 2021.
This came within the framework of promoting the close relations and strong partnership between the two friendly countries, foremost of which is the well-established and growing defence relations, which represent an important pillar of regional and global security.
The Bournemouth Air Festival is one of the most important and most attended air show events in the United Kingdom. In addition to the air shows, the festival programme includes several marine and coastal events, military, historical and acrobatic shows.
