Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,949.66 points, marking an increase of 4.77 points above the previous closing. This upward movement reflects positive activity in the financial sector, the industrial sector, and the materials sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also recorded an increase, closing at 867.14 points, which is up by 4.30 points from its previous close. The trading day saw 113 equity transactions with a total volume of 2,247,624 and a value of BD 647,719.
Investors showed significant interest in the financial sector, which accounted for 45.69% of the total value of securities traded. This sector's substantial contribution played a crucial role in the overall performance of the Bahrain All Share Index.
