Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,050.28 points, marking an increase of 4.19 points above the previous closing. This increase was due to the rise in the financial sector. Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 796.69 points, marking a decrease of 3.81 points below the previous closing. According to Bahrain News Agency, results indicated that 65 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,171,105 worth BD 483,074. Investors traded mainly in the material sector, representing 49.06% of the total value of securities traded.
