Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,035.58 points, marking a decrease of 0.25 points below the previous closing. This decrease was attributed to the drop in the financial sector. According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also experienced a decline, closing at 784.17 points, which is a decrease of 0.50 points from the previous closing. The trading activity resulted in 49 equity transactions, with a total volume of 994,520 shares, valued at BD 447,447. Investors primarily focused on the financial sector, which accounted for 60.13% of the total value of securities traded. This sector's performance played a significant role in the overall decrease of the Bahrain All Share Index and the Bahrain Islamic Index.
